1. Shipping Locations:
We ship our candles across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time:
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 3-4 days (as we make fresh batches) and delivery takes 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For bulk orders, please place your pre-order at least 2 weeks before your expected delivery date, allowing an additional 3-7 days for shipping.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking:
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to track your order.
4. Shipping Delays:
Delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
5. Damaged or Lost Items:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@centrepieceandco.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Note:
Candles, wax sachets, and wax melts can soften or sometimes melt due to temperature changes during transit. This does not indicate damage. We use high-quality wax and premium fragrance oils, so you can be assured of the candle's performance.
