2. Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized candles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. No refunds or exchange available on sale items.

4. Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
